Welcome to Printigma. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Printigma website, including searching the store directory, creating an account, writing reviews, and claiming or managing a store listing. By accessing or using Printigma you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About Us
Printigma is an online directory that helps people find local printing, shipping and business service stores. Printigma is operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the brands whose locations are listed (for example The UPS Store, FedEx Office, Office Depot, Staples or CVS). 2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
- Infringe upon the rights of others;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data;
- Introduce malicious software or harmful material;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
3. Our Directory Service
Printigma lists store names, addresses, phone numbers, directions, ratings and, where available, opening hours and services. Listing information comes from public sources, from store owners and from users, and may change without notice. Always confirm services, prices, opening hours and turnaround times directly with the store before visiting or placing an order.
Printigma does not provide printing, shipping or other store services itself and is not a party to any agreement between you and a store.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, reports, documents, images, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Printigma.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or otherwise use our intellectual property without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
5. Accounts, Reviews and Uploaded Files
You may register as a Customer or as a Business Owner. You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
Reviews. Reviews must describe your own genuine experience with the store. Fake, paid, incentivised, abusive or misleading reviews are not allowed. Reviews are checked before they are published, and we may decline or remove any review. Published reviews show your first name and last initial.
Uploaded files. When you upload a document (for example to verify a store claim) you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate. Verification documents are stored privately, are only seen by Printigma administrators and are used only to review your request.
6. Orders, Payments and Refunds
Printigma does not currently take orders, accept payments or issue refunds. Any order, quote, payment, refund, cancellation or complaint about a product or service is handled directly between you and the store under that store’s own terms and policies.
If online ordering or file uploads for print jobs are introduced, these Terms & Conditions will be updated with the applicable ordering, payment, cancellation and refund rules before that feature becomes available.
7. Store Owners and Claimed Listings
Only registered Business Owner accounts can claim a store. By claiming a listing you confirm that you own or are authorised to manage that store. Every claim is reviewed and may require proof such as a business licence, utility bill or other official document. We may reject a claim, or remove an approved owner, if the information cannot be verified or proves to be false.
Once a claim is approved you are responsible for keeping the listing accurate, including the address, phone number, opening hours and services offered. You must not add misleading information, content you do not have rights to, or reviews of your own store. We may edit or remove listing content that breaks these terms.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, applications, or services.
These third-party services are operated independently of Printigma and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
9. Disclaimer
The website and listings are provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee that store information, ratings, hours or services are complete, current or error-free, and we do not guarantee the quality of any store’s products or services. Ratings shown from Google belong to Google and its users.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Printigma will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the website or services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website following the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts, unless otherwise required by law.
